Are your videos captioned or transcribed?
Yes. All videos have closed captioning, transcripts, and notes are also available for each lesson.
How long does it take to complete the course, and is it self-paced?
The course is self-paced and contains 10 lessons. You can finish the whole thing in under 10 hours, or spread it out over the year and revisit when you need a refresher. Even if you only watch one lesson this week, you’ll walk away with strategies you can use tomorrow.
