Hey, I'm Delilah, your Literacy Specialist with a passion for empowering teachers and helping students thrive. My journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and a Master of Science in Education from Nova Southeastern University.

Over 10 years of classroom experience taught me that many teachers often struggle with finding effective strategies to increase student reading proficiency. The challenge was not due to a lack of effort or dedication, but rather a lack of resources and support. I realized there was an urgent need to bridge this gap, which inspired me to create the Literacy Launchpad.

Literacy Launchpad is more than just a monthly membership; it's a lifeline for teachers seeking to improve their literacy instruction skills. This platform is my way of sharing my specialized training in dyslexia, including Orton-Gillingham and Lindamood-Bell methodologies, so you too can make a difference in your students' lives.

How does the Literacy Launchpad membership work? What do I get as a member?
When you join Literacy Launchpad, you'll get access to the membership website via email invite. Once you log in, you'll find links to all the printables, the Thrive Literacy Dashboard, and the Foundations in Reading Instruction course.

You'll also get monthly live professional development workshops. The recording will be added to the membership and stay up until the following month's recording is added.

For each workshop and the course, you'll also receive PD certificates.
What grade levels is the Literacy Launchpad membership for?
Literacy Launchpad is geared towards elementary readers. Most of the content is aimed at teaching or remediating foundational reading skills, such as phonemic awareness, spelling, and decoding. If you work with students reading at K-2 levels, then this membership will help you.
What resources are included in the Literacy Launchpad membership?
The Literacy Launchpad membership includes access to all my printables in my shop (TpT and website), my Foundations in Reading Instruction course, my Thrive Literacy Dashboard (reading interventions, scope and sequence, lesson planning tools, SOR resource library), and monthly live professional development.
Will I receive professional development for being in this membership?
Yes! You'll receive a PD certificate after going through the Foundations of Reading Instruction videos, then you'll receive a PD certificate for each monthly training you attend or watch.
Is this a complete literacy curriculum?
No. This membership includes access to all the resources in my shop (printables and digital products) but this is not a substitute for a curriculum. These can be used alongside your curriculum.
What technology do I need for my Literacy Launchpad membership?
You'll need a computer, phone, or tablet. You can access the materials as long as you have an internet connection. The printable resources need to be opened in Adobe (free version is fine) and many of the resources are also in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or Airtable (free version is fine).

The lesson planning tools, reading intervention decision tool, and database of SOR resources are in Airtable. This is a free database/spreadsheet resource but you'll need to have a free account to make a copy of the resource for your use. I also include detailed video tutorials for using this since I know Airtable isn't very popular.
What if I want to cancel? Can I get a refund?
You will be able to log into your portal and cancel at any time. You can also email us at support @ thriveedservices.com and ask us to cancel your account.

As for the refund, we do not offer any refunds since you get instant access to my entire library of resources and video training.
Can I share my account with another teacher or friend?
No, the membership is for one person. Sharing is against the terms of use.
